ThreadHound is a web-based platform that analyses and captures chat group conversations and business documents, indexes them, and provides summaries and chatbot functionality.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

To use the Service, you must create an account via Clerk.com. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ThreadHound only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Upload or share unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content
Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful code
Attempt to access or interfere with systems or data you do not have permission to use
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service or its components

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.

You retain ownership of your uploaded data. By providing content through the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and analyse that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

6. AI-Generated Output

ThreadHound provides summaries and chatbot responses derived from your uploaded content using AI models.
You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may be imperfect or inaccurate
You are responsible for how you use or rely upon AI-generated information

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI output.

7. Third Party Services

ThreadHound integrates with and relies on third-party processors, including:

Hetzner.com (cloud hosting)
OpenAI and Claude (AI services)
Clerk.com (authentication)

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable and continuous service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

We may also update or change these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, and content (excluding your uploaded data), are owned by Partridge Works Limited or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written permission.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay any fees (if applicable), or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
